How do I return my order?

Please visit our Terms and Conditions page for our return policy and refund policy. any reason, you may return your order within 7 days of the delivery date by contacting us directly. You may be responsible for delivery and handling charges depending on the reason for return.

Can I exchange my order?

Deshez does not offer direct exchanges of orders.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Immediately we receive your order we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders online. Please contact us on the phone or WhatsApp (+27 84 223 4454) to cancel or change an order ASAP. The terms and conditions for returns applies.

How do I return defective goods?

Kindly contact Deshez on phone or WhatsApp (+27 84 223 4454) within 24 hours receiving the order if they are defective. You will receive a replacement of the defective goods via the same delivery service you chose during check out.

How long will it take me to get my order?

Estimated delivery period are provided at check out and are not guaranteed. When available, you will be provided with tracking information.

Does Deshez offer cash on delivery (COD)

No, we do not offer COD at present

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?  

We do not currently offer international shipping and cannot deliver outside of South Africa.

What if I order something and it is out of stock?

We will remove the out of stock items from your order and contact you to arrange a refund within 3 working days. You will not be charged for the out of stock items.
